Great Cabinet Design

The receiving card, power supply and hub card are placed in the control box in the back of the cabinet. The control box can be swapped out quickly. In case of emergency, you can replace the whole control box in a short time. That greatly reduces the “down time” during the event.

Putting connectors down is for easier pulling out and inserting in. Testing button is to test the panel before building up the screen. Strong locking system and curved design are available. The lock is very secure and strong. It can be designed to be curved to form a curved screen from -15°(convex) to +15°(concave).

Excellent Protection Gadgets

A “L” shape steel plate on each corner can be turned into the proper direction to raise the modules. This smart design can help protect the LED when the panel hits the ground.

By adopting high tech GOB(P1.9) technology, the screen is waterproof and anti-collision.

We use the innovative “AOB” technology to reinforce the soldering connection between LED and PCB board. So the LED won’t be broken easily.

Fast Ground Stacking Setup

We can hang up the cabinet by fly bar with a truss system and also quickly install the cabinet on the ground with the clamp set and the ground stand system. That is very convenient for the functions such as sports events and exhibition.
