As a LED display manufacturer, we usually meet new clients who ask: Can you do the LED display be the size I want?
The Answer is YES. We can get a very close screen size to meet your various need depending on our module size and the materials of cabinet you want. Sometimes we can also customize a flexible screen for your project.
Here we show mention that there are two types of panel materials we usually use in this industry which depend on whether we can change the cabinet size we want. They are plate reinforcement and die-casting materials. For plate reinforcement, we usually use steel cabinet or aluminum cabinet. And if we use steel or aluminum material cabinet, the cabinet size is available to change on the base of module size. For example, the module size of our outdoor front access FA1 series P10 is 320mmx320mm. The regular cabinet size is 960mmx960mm. But if the height of your screen is 2240mm, then we can make a 960mm and a 1280mm or even the 2240mm to fit your screen.
For some projects like live events, they use rental LED displays. But we all know that the materials of rental LED display is die-casting aluminum or die-casting magnesium mostly. Their cabinet size can’t be changed. But for some special events like sphere LED display, our technician team will help with a customized solution.
